Reach Out to Take the First Step Forward

Taking the first step toward change starts with a simple action.
Therapy offers a space for self-reflection, emotional exploration, and personal growth — helping you break free from unhelpful patterns and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

If you’re considering starting therapy in Central London or online, reaching out is the first step toward meaningful and lasting change.

Booking Information

Sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited availability for new clients.

When you make an enquiry, you’ll be asked about:

  • Your preference for in-person (Holborn or Borough) or online sessions

  • Your availability for weekly daytime or evening sessions

  • If applicable, your insurance provider (to confirm compatibility)

Once a suitable slot is identified, you’ll be offered an initial consultation — a professional, 50-minute meeting to explore your needs, discuss therapy options, and determine whether this approach is the right fit.

If another therapy style or service may be more suitable, you’ll be guided toward options that better support your needs. The goal is always to ensure you receive the most appropriate care.
